Move Forward.
You Might Be Ready
For Executive Coaching If...
-
You're a senior leader who has achieved success, but something still feels misaligned — in your role, your team, or your direction.
-
Your organization is navigating change — a merger, restructuring, or cultural shift — and your leaders need support getting through it effectively.
-
You have a high-potential leader who is technically strong but struggling with influence, communication, or executive presence.
-
Your team is underperforming and you're not sure if it's a people problem, a process problem, or a leadership problem.
-
You want to build a coaching culture within your organization, not just one-off interventions.

If any of these sound familiar, let's have a conversation.
What Executive Coaching Addresses

Leadership Presence & Influence
How you show up matters as much as what you know. We work on how you communicate, build trust, navigate difficult conversations, and position yourself as the leader your organization needs.

Leading Through Change
Change is constant in today's organizations — and most leaders aren't equipped to carry others through it effectively. Drawing on my Prosci-certified change management expertise and 30+ years navigating large-scale healthcare transformations, I help leaders build the skills to guide their teams through ambiguity with confidence.

Emotional Intelligence
Research consistently shows that EQ is a stronger predictor of leadership effectiveness than IQ. As a certified EQi 2.0 and EQ 360 practitioner, I use validated assessments to help leaders understand how their emotions and interpersonal behaviors impact their teams — and what to do about it.

Strategic Clarity & Decision Making
Senior leaders face relentless pressure to decide fast and communicate clearly. We work on how you process complexity, align stakeholders, and translate ambiguous priorities into decisive action.

Team Performance & Alignment
When a team isn't performing, the problem is often invisible until it isn't. Coaching can uncover the dynamics holding a team back — communication breakdowns, misaligned expectations, lack of psychological safety — and give leaders the tools to address them.
A Data-Driven Foundation:
The EQi 2.0 Assessment
Many coaching engagements begin with a conversation. Mine often begins with data.
As a certified EQi 2.0 and EQ 360 practitioner, I use one of the world's most validated emotional intelligence assessments to give leaders an objective baseline — a clear picture of their emotional and social strengths, blind spots, and the specific areas most likely to affect their leadership effectiveness.
The EQ 360 version adds a layer of feedback from the people a leader works with most: direct reports, peers, and supervisors. The result is a richer, more honest picture than self-reflection alone can provide.
This assessment becomes the foundation for a focused, personalized coaching plan — not a generic one.

The assessment takes approximately 30 minutes and results are debriefed in our first session together.

Every coaching engagement is tailored to the goals of the leader and the organization. There is no one-size-fits-all program here.
A Typical Engagement Includes:

Discovery
We start with a thorough conversation about your goals, your context, and what success looks like. For corporate engagements, this often includes a conversation with HR or the sponsoring leader as well.

Assessment
Where appropriate, we use the EQi 2.0 or EQ 360 to establish a data-grounded baseline and identify the most impactful areas to focus on.

Coaching Sessions
One-on-one sessions conducted virtually or in-person, tailored to your schedule and pace. Sessions are confidential and focused entirely on your development.

Progress & Accountability
We check in regularly against your goals, adjust the plan as needed, and ensure the work translates into real change — not just insight.
