Move Forward.

Something Needs to Change. Let's Figure Out What.
Sometimes you can feel it before you can name it. A restlessness. A knowing that where you are isn't where you want to be. Whether it's your career, your relationships, a loss you're still carrying, or simply a life that no longer fits — coaching gives you the space and the support to figure out what's next.
You don't have to have it all figured out to start. You just have to be willing.
You Might Be Ready
For Coaching If...
-
You're at a crossroads in your career and not sure which direction to go.
-
You've achieved success on paper, but something still feels off.
-
You're dealing with a loss — a job, a relationship, a loved one — and struggling to find your footing again.
-
You know you want to make a change but can't seem to get out of your own way.
-
Life feels out of balance and you can't figure out how to reclaim it.
-
You're carrying so much for everyone else that you've stopped prioritizing yourself.
-
You're ready to do the real work — not just talk about it.

Even the strongest, most capable people get stuck. Coaching isn't a sign that something is wrong with you. It's a sign that you're serious about something being better.

Grief & Loss
Loss takes many forms — and it doesn't always get the space it deserves. Whether you're grieving a person, a relationship, a career, or a version of yourself you've had to let go, coaching can help you or a version of yourself you've had to let go, coaching can help you acknowledge the loss, move through it, and discover what's possible on the other side.

Balance & Boundaries
When everything feels urgent and nothing feels sustainable, it's time to get honest about priorities. We'll look at what matters most to you, where your energy is going, and what it would actually take to feel more like yourself again.
What To Expect
What Coaching with Kim Looks Like
Coaching is a collaborative, confidential relationship — and it's different from therapy, consulting, or mentoring. I'm not here to tell you what to do. I'm here to ask the right questions, hold up the mirror, and walk alongside you as you find your own answers.
Here's what you can count on from me:
-
A judgment-free space. Everything we discuss stays between us. This is your space to be honest — even about the things you haven't said out loud yet.
-
Real conversation. I bring my full presence to every session. I listen deeply, ask hard questions, and tell you the truth — kindly and directly.
-
Accountability that's yours. I'll hold you to what you say you want. Not to my expectations — to your own.
-
Flexibility. Sessions are conducted virtually, so you can work with me from wherever you are.

We'll always start with a free 30-minute Discovery Session — no pressure, no commitment. It's a chance for us to get to know each other and decide together if coaching is the right next step.

Invest In Yourself
Most sessions are conducted virtually. Payment is due at time of booking.
A Note From Kim
I became a coach because I've seen what happens when people don't have anyone in their corner — someone who will listen without judgment, ask the questions no one else will ask, and believe in their ability to figure things out even when they can't see it themselves.
I've worked with executives navigating massive organizational changes. I've also sat with people who were quietly falling apart while looking completely fine from the outside. In my experience, those two people often have more in common than you'd think.
What I know for sure is this: growth is possible at any stage of life. Clarity is possible even in the most confusing seasons. And you deserve a space that's entirely yours — where the only agenda is you.
I'm glad you're here.
— Kim
